Is it true that Colorado is the only state in the US that allows third trimester abortions? Supposedly a girl at my workplace is going to Colorado for this. That is just absolutely wrong in my opinion but it's not my place to decide. I just didn't realize that this is legal in some states. And no it is not me or my daughter so no rude comments. I am too old to even think of getting pregnant.

well for one i am pro choice how ever will have say I am againist 3rd trimester elective abortions I can see in medical situations in health mother something severly wrong with fetus if you can not make up your mind on pregnancy by 3 rd trimester you need some mental help

From what I found on this website, http://www.speakout.com/activism/abortion/ , there are only 24 states that ban late term abortions, meaning that there are 26 in which it is still legal.

With hundreds of thousands of people willing to adopt babies I will never understand why this is even considered.
