Can the Lessor (land lord) take over the building, which was built over leased land, after 25 years?

The land was leased for 25 years, with option to renew lease after 25 years. Because of typo error, there is confusion as to who has the right of renewal, Lessor or Leasee. Now the land lord wants use his option and refusing renewing of the lease.
