Yeah... Park your little as*s on a bench at the mall and take a notebook and a pen with you and just sit back and watch, look, listen and learn.

Best experience you'll ever get with people is to watch them when they are unaware that they are being observed...

I don't know about websites, but Derren Brown's book 'Tricks of the Mind' is brilliant for that
