Railroad Tycoon III, Restaurant Empire, and Black & White are on the $10 rack at Target. Doom III and Morrowind are on the $20 rack.

Go to wildtangent.com and download FATE. You'll only get the trial version, but it's only 20$ to buy it (27$ if you want the backup disc). FATE is a great semi open-ended rpg with customizeable characters and a pet to help you. Its actually quite long too.

mercanaries is a fun game and so is burnout 3
my favorites tho are any final fantasy game and ace combat 4
all under 20
