Can the Lessor (land lord) take over the building, which was built over leased land, after 25 years?

The land was leased for 25 years, with option to renew lease after 25 years. Because of typo error, there is confusion as to who has the right of renewal, Lessor or Leasee. Now the land lord wants use his option and renewing lease

Not clear how it could be a 'typo' - the document either says Lessor or it says Leasee - what is the actual word as it appears on the lease?

In any case, if there is any discrepancy on the lease about who gets the renew you should contact a lawyer, because it would be up to the courts to decide.
