I checked device manager and saw that my processor is listed twice under processors.

Is this going to be a problem? Should I remove one?

DO NOT remove -

You may just have a dual core processor - which is recognized as two processors, because, basically, that is what it is.

You probably have an Intel dual-core CPU. One chip shows 2 processors.
