It might have something to do with the kreb's cycle.
Creatine helps store ATP in the muscles so it may not be a.
Im guessing B because glycogen is energy in the muscles I think.. or maybe c but I have no idea what that is.

"resting" muscle means it is not working hard to generate it. aerobic respiration means you are working, anaerobic means that is what you are generating on a normal basis without strenuous work.
