Dont trust translators!!
Dates are very peculiar when said in spanish.
June 13th 1992 is: 13 de Junio de 1992
July 13 1998 is 13 de Julio de 1998
July 12, 2008 is 12 de Julio de 2008
or If you prefer:
June 13th 1992 is: trece de Junio de mil novecientos noveinta y dos.
July 13 1998 is trece de Julio de mil novecientos noveinta y ocho.
July 12, 2008 is doce de Julio de dos mil ocho.

For the translation I translated like how you say the date in this way:
13 of June nineteen ninety two
13 of july nineteen ninety eight
12 of july two thousand eight
(like how in english we never say 1 thousand nine hundred ninety two but how we say nineteen ninety two).
