As often as you want (of course all things in moderation). Be careful not to get him/her too dependent on the vibration to fall asleep or they will always need it to fall asleep.

There is not really a maximum. The vibration works by making the bassinet feel a little bit more like the womb.

For your sanity, I would not let the baby get too dependent on it! Use it for when your baby is fussy, not every time you put him in the bassinet, or you will eventually need to wean your baby off this.

My little one hated that vibration on his bed, but loves it on his bouncy seat. Vibrations wont hurt him/her you can use it as often as your baby likes.

Your baby may decide that you can't use that feature- my daughter's bouncy seat had a vibration switch and everytime we turned it on, she cried!

Like every one else said... I would not use it constantly or your baby will need it to fall asleep and have to be weaned off of it.

I would also be careful with it because it always made my babies spit up...we had to stop using it.
