Say, if you are working for a university under the central government, what benefits (monetary+others) do you get? And roughly how much are they worth? I know there are things like dearness allowances, but there are also other things that I don't know about. For example, they might even provide you accommodation, pay for the phone bills etc? I am not sure. Does anyone have a definitive list with approximate amounts? Thanks.

1. You never need to leave job.
2. How work you do is totaly depending on you only.
3. No one can do bossing over you.
4. Any time can come to office and any time you can go.
5. No responsibility and ownership is required.

after retirement a central authority worker is been offered via such a number of centers, like month-to-month pension, medical emoluments. on the time of retirement he gets a number of funds as retirement reward like provident money,gratuity , pass away encashment etc etc, to make his relax of life look after, that's comparable in centarl or state.
