Sock Monkeys scream at 82 dB and a frequency of 50 kHz which is inaudible to humans. Despite the Sock Monkey's friendly, loving, carefree appearance, they are ALWAYS screaming. The Sock Monkey's natural form is the sock itself. And the act of sewing eyeballs, appendages, and other features to its frame is painful and humiliating to a sock. Would you piece together a new dog out of all your old dead ones?

They like to howl, every once in a while, but otherwise they make monkey sounds.
