It's a collectible so finding a cheap copy isn't going to be easy. The lowest price I saw was $50 at a store at www.abebooks.com
You can go to abebooks and set up an account. Then it will let you "create a want" listing what book and what price range you're willing to pay. If a store matches your book and price, they'll contact you.

Used bookstores. Trust me, you can get books for like 1/20 of their original price. Or try Ebay or Amazon.com.

Check for used copies at Amazon. If it's a recent release, you can usually pick one up for about $5.00 plus shipping.
You can also check it out from your library.
