Work at a biotechnology comapny who has masters degree in Biomedical engineering and a certificate in biotechnologystill complete 4 yrs of med school

It might be difficult, so I must ask how determined are you. If you think you can handle it go for it, but be realistic about your abilities.

You've got to be kidding, right? Medical school is a full-time occupation with a very demanding schedule. Starting in the third year, you practically live in a hospital, as you are assigned a rotation with interns and residents. That includes 36 hour on-call at least once a week. You'll also have to make presentations/lectures. You won't have a spare minute, so working an outside job would be impossible.
