I have a game that needs Pixel Shading v. 1.1 or greater.?

My video card is Integrated Intel 3D Extreme Graphics Card, and I need to find out if there is a way that I can download Pixel Shading 1.1 for it, or if my card will even support it.

Your card does not support it. It doesn't even support hardware T&L.

If you've tried the latest drivers from Intel, then it's time to give up and upgrade your video card.
