Ok so i have a friend of mine who has an open relationship! Her boyfriend and her bring other women into there relationship! They date in a three way so to speak! So anyway the chic who was brought in got pregnant by the man! Now the original girlfriend is MAD! How many people think she set herself up for disaster and the only person she should be mad at is herself for lowering her standards? That she should pack up and MOVE ON! Quite personaly i think an open relationship is a cop out for not wanting to commit! To still be with other woman but have the woman waiting at home! Its riduculas!

I agree with you wholeheartedly. She set herself up for a huge heartache and let down and was to greedy to see the folly of her actions. As they say, live and learn.

The biggest mistake your friend made was not thinking through the lifestyle she chose to live. This indicates that she didn't have the maturity to be in this situation - I'm sure it was attractive to her for many reasons - it's risque, it's exciting, probably wanted to keep her boyfriend happy, etc. etc. HOWEVER, she didn't at any time believe there could be a consequences to her actions. Now that she's faced with it she suddenly realizes that she quite likely made a big mistake! Can she fix it? No. Can she change it - no. HOWEVER, she can learn a tough lesson and walk away with this learning - please think about where you actions can bring you before you act on them.

She set herself up for it by allowing more than just her man into a sexual relationship.
Did she not make sure the other woman had a condom on while doing it with her man?

She got what she deserved! That was the stupidest thing ever! If she was going to get mad she should have gotten mad that they were having sex. Having sex and getting pregnant are no different. Every time you have sex there is a chance you can get pregnant. That is out of our control.

Yes, getting pregnant is always a possibility when a man and woman have sex, and they should have discussed those possibilities....she is not justified in being mad at him.

This is a sad situation. I'm not saying that what she was doing was wrong because thats not for us to judge, only god. she has to accept this as it is. deal with it or not deal with it. these are her only choices. whats he doing about it? this is going to be the test of love in this situation. good luck to all 3!
