if so, does it matter if it is green or red grapes? and how much?

Grapes and raisins give little critters (gerbils, hamsters, etc.) the poops, really bad. If you do decide to give it to them, only give a very, very small amount.

They can eat grapes because i have a hampster too named alexandra i give her 2-3

I gave my gerbils grapes but they didn't care for them. They will eat baby carrots though, and they loooove sunflower seeds.

Probably if they like them. Just do not over do it. My birds and even my dog likes grapes.
