Hiya. You really dont need a tablespoon and teaspoon to measure spices and seasonings... instead, go by what flavor you (or your guests) prefer the most.

LIke, if you are a garlic fiend, you would shake more of that into the bowl. If you want a more herby flavor, put in more of the green stuff (sage, thyme, etc). Paprika will make it sweeter.

Dont forget the onion powder!!! :-D

Hi again. I like White's answer too. Made me laugh. Still giggling.
As for the rub use Olive Oil and course salt with whatever seasonings you like. I have never used mustard powder but have done a mustard glaze ( very yummy )
It is hard to give measurements as I do not know if you are doing a whole chicken half chicken or parts.
Just season to taste
Enjoy

I wouldn't use the mustard. Use 1 tsp of each spice except garlic. Use 1/2 tsp of garlic, and 1/2 tsp salt. Oil the chicken so the rub will stay on it. Let it stand for 30 minutes after adding the rub.

. You could also put it in a baking dish and add bouillon and potatoes and yams green peppers and onion. great mealmix mustard paprika garlic sage in a bowl and add a touch of water and vinegar. stuff the thyme and also a little rosemary if you can get it inside the bird. place on a baking sheet for crispier taste. every 20 minutes or so add more rub. paint it on with a brush. I use a rotisserie. you could also put it in a baking dish and add bouillon and potatoes and yams and green peppers and onion and have a great dish. hope this helps

You should put a half teaspoon of each.....grind them together with a mortar and pestle to make them powdery, release the flavor and mix together well...then add a half cup of olive oil. Puncture the chicken in places to let the marinade soak through...and brush both sides with it, then pour the rest over top and let it sit in the fridge for about two hours minimum.....bake as usual, and enjoy!

I dont think of it would be disrespectful because of the fact anybody is entitled to declare what they experience, i might enable him know now so he realizes that he's kinda maximum excellent you on by way of not doing something to end this on the grounds that he has a female pal. i might in basic terms say, " i in my view such as you, you're an spectacular pal and that i understand which you're in a relationship, yet i assumed you ought to know."

Give up Kerri and order pizza. It's getting too complicated and I don't like to see you all worked up!

But if you are determined, try allrecipes.com. They have good recipes.

Why not just buy a prepmade, pre-measured rub?
