“ Tuck sells goddam in-surance. Dropped Amway to sell fukkin in-surance?”
1- Does upgrade mean "increase" or what?
2-how could someone sell insurance?what does it mean?
3- what does "dropped Amway" mean? Does it mean that the character came out of "Amway"as a place?

wow, these are very strange questions but I'll give it a go. :)

1. Upgrade does mean increased. It could mean that they took out a bigger insurance policy.

2. People sell insurance all the time for insurance companies. These sales reps work for the insurance companies and they represent the company.

3. It sounds like the person is saying they left a decent job or something good at "Amway" is to sell insurance. The person doing the talking sounds like they think Tuck doesn't have any sense that leaving "Amway" was a bad move.
