Sandringham was bought originally as a private estate by King Edward VII while he was still Prince of Wales. Balmoral was designed and built by Prince Albert as a family retreat during Queen Victoria's reign.

Well Windsor Castle has a private section.
Buckingham Palace
Sandringham Palace (which i like the best)
She has many residences and they all can be made private, and when she doesnt stay there they are sometimes opened to the public. Such as Buckingham in the summer is, and a large part of Windsor is all year, and Sandringham is opened as well
I think the only private private parts is, a part of Windsor and the Belmoral (i think it's something like that) up in scotland
