Seems like some people are more inclined to just pick the first answer when voting just to get the one point...so if the order of answers were randomized before they went to voting it seems like that would make the whole process more fair. Anyone else think so?

Yes people are still going to vote for the first or second, but if they randomize then at least your answer has a shot at being the 1st or 2nd in the order if you took more time to write rather than writing a one-word answer and being the first to answer. Just a thought.

I think you have a good point. Watch out for the ones that pee in your corn flakes for suggesting it though.

i think of there are "some" people who rudely vote for the 1st answer just to be certain in the event that they are able to get factors or some thing, inspite of the undeniable fact that it's not constantly real. i don't think of there are any bloopers or blunders it rather is in basic terms a number of those people available who wanna convey jointly a load of things or do not even ask questions or some thing. i don't probable know whats the component to desiring factors while the only factor you're able to do with them is ask questions or grow to be a suitable contrubitor. And it rather is not ninety 9.ninety 9% of the time that that happens etheir. If i replaced into team for yahoo i might in basic terms say please vote for the respond you rather think of is the final. and that i don't even think of you get factors for vote casting anyhow. XD

No, I don't think so.

Time (and sequence) should factor in the voting process.

I once answered this one question minutes after it was asked. Then three days later a second person expanded on my answer with a slightly better answer. The second person won "best answer" over me two votes to one.
