My friend and I tell each other everything. I know she is a little different, but that's what makes her special.
I still have to say, I was somewhat suprised when she told me she played with dolls till she was about 14.
What shocked me was that she told me she would pretend to breastfeed them like a real baby.
I love her to death and would do anything for her.
So I just want to know, has anyone else ever heard of girls doing this as kids?
I didn't really play with dolls, I was more of a "tomboy", myself.

Okay, first, how old is she now and does she still do this? Playing with dolls until she is 14 is okay. That is not a real problem. Breastfeeding is a little wierd. I am assuming that she would remove her bra and place the dolls mouth against her breast.
Almost sounds like sexual experimenting. Sort of a precursor to masturbation. Maybe it just felt good for something to touch her breast.
If she ever mentions it again, ask her if she began masturbating right after that. Otherwise, let it go. Sounds like something she did in her past.
If she is special to you and if you are a good friend, you will keep this to yourself and don't tell anyone. If you start to see some really odd behavior, then it may be time to let someone know about what she is doing. Otherwise, let it go.

I'd say this isn't terribly strange, as many people have many different wants. Girls in particular often yearn to be mothers, even at young ages. While this behavior is peculiar, it in no way means that she's "crazy"...to roleplay a scenario rather than actually put the fantasy into action is often a healthy choice. In you friend's case, it would be a terrible decision for her to have children right now...however, this does not change her want for children, so to fantasize about it is perfectly normal.
I would recommend that your friend get a pet...a cat or a small dog. Something that she can show affection for and to care for.

The psychological state of a child is very loose and open-minded. When I was little I used to pretend I was superman ;) several head ache's later I dropped the act though. But at 14? I do admit that might be "slightly" odd. You have to look back at her past though. Did she have friends when she was little?
And then there is always the other possibility ...
Have you ever seen a kid that is considered "mentally unstable?" For example a kid who pretends hes on a motorcycle 24/7. How do we know that he really isn't on a motorcycle? We all see different things, he might really be on a motorcycle and we are just a bunch of idiots pointing and laughing at him while he drives down the street. Makes you think doesn't it?

It's always amusing to note the criticism from others in cases like this: wholly benign behavior evidencing, perhaps, a very nurturing fantasy game. As i've often said: no one ever lost money dramatically underestimating the consciousness level of the species.
The fact that you have difficulty with it speaks volumes about you, you know. Think about that while you review just how programmed and "brainwashed" you truly are :))

Not at all. She came from a "place" where she could enjoy childhood. When it wasn't forced-fed upon a child to be sexual & glamorous/seductive. Females were once revered as the tender gender. Innocence did not used to be something to be eschewed or ashamed of, but a fun stage of human developement when one could dream of one's OWN desires and fantasies. Expectations/anticipations were in increments, allowing a child to digest and personally decide, rather than having them imposed upon them by the commercial predation of a spiritually bankrupt culture.
Let's back up a bit to get a bigger veiw. Is it "normal" now in our period of "enlightment" for 14 yr-olds to be toying with REAL pregnancy or the decision of ending an unborn life? To be, not playing with toys but BEING the toy of someone's pleasure? Is 14 more like the mature age at which time a person should be soiling one's lungs with toxins or rewiring one's cranial synapses with the ingestion of psychodelics?

Your friend is completely normal. I didn't ever do that but might have if I had seen other women do this and it came to mind. It is something she used to do, it is called playing house. Absolutely nothing is wrong with it.

That's perfectly normal at her age. I'd be worried if she was a woman already, then it would indicate that she yearns for a baby.

I've never heard of that but I don't think that's crazy. She was just practicing for when she has a baby so there's nothing wrong with it. It's strange but I don't see anything wrong with girls doing stuff like that. I've never did that but still don't find anything wrong with it.

no she is not all craze she just want to be a mom an she just practising on here dolles because she dont want to mess up.

Your friend is absolutely normal!! Don't even consider uneducated answers of (usually guys) who have no clue about maternal instinct and girls playing home and having babies.
It's natural, it's normal. Children imitate life in their play. So did she. Nothing crazy here, I think she is going to be a wonderful and caring mother for her children.
