I think its an amazing thing, if you know how to handle it. It can be a blessing, showing you how to fix your mistake/how to change the way you have been....or it can be something you are stupid enough to do over and over again.

Depends on the mistake, if you walk out of the house without your pants on, I think you'd feel pretty dumb. If you got drunk and slept with someone other than your spouse your screwed. If you flirt with girls on the internet and your married and no one knows then who knows.
