FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE:

"Every election season, the Klan is always "out there" campaigning for some conservative politician, who still believes in moral, Christian values. Most times, "the people" never even see our contributions! Every once in a while the media will run a story on some of our rallies. Those events are soon forgotten. For example, last year the AWK rallied for the marriage between one man and one woman in Texas and North Carolina. There were positive results from those rallies. Amendments and/or referendums were passed in favor of traditional marriage. We know that we weren’t necessarily the decisive factor in the passage of those laws. However, we were VERY instrumental in gaining massive, public attention concerning the issue."

The KKK was formed by the Democratic Political Party and it was popular throughout the North and South. Throughout the end of the 19th century and into the twentieth century political candidates of the Democratic Party were selected at KKK meetings.

In the 1920's it became obvious to the majority of people in the United States that the KKK was intent on the destruction of African Americans in the United States and the Democratic Party has, once again, used it's propaganda machine to convince people that the KKK is a "Southern Christian" tradition.

Only an uneducated moron could believe that since all of the historical data on this is freely available on the web at EDU and GOV sites in the form of scanned documentation and congressional data.

What all 15 members of the KKK... What a joke. Republicans cannot stand the KKK, and for you to think we support them tells me something about your own mentality to think half of the country thinks that they are okay.

Why do you not call Senator Byrd, the democrat from West Virginia and ask him why he is an elected official and a former member of the KKK. Why do you not rally to get him out of office since you have such a problem with the KKK.

Reported for hate speech. BTW-Osama bin Laden made a pitch for John Kerry during the last presidential election, but I would not go as far as to say the Democrats are supported by muslim radicals.
