It's so hard for me to stick to something and since i'm very busy all the time i dont have time to eat or exercise. Yet i need to stay in shape because i get tired easily and although i'm not like super overweight or anything i do want to slim down. please let me know if you tried something and it was effective.

I completely understand where you're coming from. I'm totally busy and I don't really have time to eat either. And like you and most other people, I'd like to slim down a little too. For those of us who don't have a ton of extra baggage but still want to get in a decent amount of excersize daily....you can do what I do.

I park as far away from wherever I'm going as possible. Since I'm already at the place, I don't mind taking the extra two or three minutes it takes to get from one end of the parking lot to the other.

I also always have water with me, no matter what. It's really important to stay hydrated and water really is the best option for a drink.

In the morning, throw some frozen strawberries and some water into a cup, not only is this a tasty drink but you can also eat the strawberries when you're done with the water. You can do this with any fruit.

Sometimes, it's just the little things that can make a big difference in your life.

i stumbled on the e book to be very informative and undemanding to verify. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in basic terms in contact that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too rapidly. i'll confess i haven't observed the handbook precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet ordinarily) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden keeps flying off. It needless to say works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it would scare the living daylights out of me with the aid of volume that i might lose. So thank you lower back for the help. i've got on no account bought something like this previously because of the fact they are often crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start off immediately!

A pound of weight on your body is equivalent to 3,500 calories, so to lose one pound, you must consume 3,500 calories less than what you burn on a day to day basis. Obviously, you can't negate that many calories in one day. It's easiest to try to spread it out; try to lose a pound or so a week.

If you think you don't have time to exercise, remember that you can easily incorporate excercise into daily, normal activity. Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator, park a little further towards the back of the parking lot and walk to your destination---every little bit helps!

As far as cutting calories, I find it very easy to pick one item (for me, it was fast food) and simply cut it out of your diet. Don't overwhelm yourself by cutting back on too much at once; that's why it's easiest to just pick a single item. I've known several people who have lost weight (and not large, impressive amounts, just enough to 'slim down' some) by simply not drinking soda anymore. If you think about it, that's pretty reasonable. Say you drink two cans of pop a day...that's about 500 extra calories a day. By cutting out pop, in just a week's time, you've set your body back 3,500 calories. That's one pound.

Good luck!!

Run everyday outside or on a treadmill for 20 to 30 min.
Stop eating white sugar and everything that has white sugar in it.
Try eating more of fresh organic fruits and vegetables, and drinking at least 40oz of water everyday.

This is the best diet there is and its free.

But if you want to pay money and buy one of those expensive high quality diets, here is where you can find one of them

well, i was a stick pretty much, ive been lifting weights, and doing alot of running, im not as much of a stick anymore. try running on a track, or lifting weights, i would try to be in situations that arent stressful as well, because stress can also cause things like getting tired easily, or maybe gaining a little weight, hope this helps, good luck =]
