My brother lost his password to log in to ohis computer.
Now we've tried everything we can do, and he doesn't remember it!
Goodness, can you help hime remember it?? or... give me a advise how to undo (?) the password so, he can set another one??

You will have to go into safe mode.
To go into Safe Mode,restart computer and hold down F8.On the list of options,select Safe Mode.Then on logon prompt,select Guest to access entry.
Whilst there,click on Start,then Run then
type "control userpasswords2" without quotes.
A window should pop-up with a list of options.Click on the on the user account whose password is forgotten then click on Reset Password.
Enter the new password then click OK to exit.Restart your computer now.
