You'll find that you can't stop them 100%, so the best thing to do is listen to them as best you can and hope that they go away once in a while.

If you really believe you are hearing voices in your head that are not your own then you need to see a physician or a psychiatrist to be evaluated for a possible psychosis. There are medications out there called "anti-psychotics" that can prevent such symptoms as voices in the head and you may need a prescription for one of these, but that is for your doctor to decide.

go to a doctor and speak about them and learn from other people with voices, there are much knowledge about this topic.
clearly you can have a good life with voices but you need to learn how to live with them with or without medicines, and it can take some time get rid of them if u dont like them.

Turn the sound off...I think that your mind belongs to you personally and no voices should be there except your conscience's voice,,,If your conscience has many voices then you must have a multiple personality...that is good, it means you are never alone, so cheer up and enjoy it!

funny you asked that i just watched stranger than fiction.
great movie about a man that hears a voice of a writer .. writing his life. dont act on any thing your voice tells you unless its positive.
