Ouch! A female friend of mine is going through that at 38.
Get a second or a third opinion on this. 30 s a little soon.You may not be in menopause, just hormonal imbalances.

I've heard of women younger and about your age going through prematuremenopause. I heard that it can be reversed naturally. and theres a new treatment also to reverse it. Heres some links

Also if you just want supplements to help you through it, I've heard black conosh and sage are good to ease symtoms.

also you could try bioidentical hormones in cream form which are completely natural no chemical hormones. alot safer than HRT.

go back to the Dr and ask to see a specialist
if you saw a specialist get a second opinion
the hormones shouldnt be hurting you

isn't 30 kinda early..sorry just my grandmother had children into her 40's but that was a different time. still most wemon dont do that until at least there 40's ...right?
