Charlette's Russe has very cute clothes. As well as Forever 21. If you have a Forever 21 near you I suggest stopping in. They have a wonderful selection and at low prices.

ya sure!! I'm almost 16 and i usually shop at abercrombie, hollister DEFINITELY, wetseal, bebe, american eagle, target for cheap stuff, and maybe like Dillards or something.
I good idea for shopping is to layer your tops so there is more to look at. Heres an idea:
