How can i get over the fear of bees?..i have tried to ignore them and i have tried to show no fear over them but i just cant get over the fear of bees..someone help me please?!?!?

i got stung by 14 yellow jackets when i was in fourth grade and i havent gotton over the fear

when i look at a picture of a bee..i dont get scared..only when i see a actual bee

my stepdad just suggested going outside and sit on the front porch and just watch the bees..well i did for 1 minute then 2 minutes..

i have a fear of wasps so let one sting u and then u will see its not incredibly all that bad.

Similarly to the other answers, contact will help you. On Oprah [bad example, but legit at the same time] this woman literally got goosebumps from looking at a PICTURE of a spider, but once she had physical contact, she commented that it was kind of cute after she relaxed.
