Used to work fine, but now have to flush twice due to lack of water in the bowl. Water level in tank is fine???

There is a small hose that should be attached to the overflow tube, sometimes they fall off. Just re-clip it so it is directed in the overflow tube, that is what refills the bowl.

there is usually a full mark on the inside of the tank adjust the float in that tank by screwing the float rod in so its shorter, that will raise the water level in toilet. Make sure the flapper valve is not leaking if it is your first flush may have low water level .

You should see a plastic/rubber tube going from the fill valve to the overflow tube. It normally has a clip that holds it into/above the overflow pipe. This is what fills the bowl. It has probably moved over from the overflow or fell off.

In the tank, there is an adjusting screw on the fill valve. Or you can just bend the float arm up a little.

open the cover , adjust the level of the floating ball alittle higher so more water be in the( tank)

sure, just bend the arm of the float a little at a time until it is where you want it.
