Is it false product claim to call a product a Steam Vac but it only uses hot water to clean.?

Question

Just the name Steam Vac would imply that there is some type of heat booster that would make steam to clean with, not just hot water from the tap. Have there been any class action suits for a misleading name of a product?

BAck to science 101 - hot water produces steam under pressure, been that way forever, cleanest and best way to clean with steam, loosens dirt, like a sauna, if you have ever been in one, or a facial steamer. Same principle.
