the doctor said i shouldn't do any strenuous exercise for 2 weeks cuz i apparantly hurt my knee in a basketball game and shouldn't have been running afterwards. I was wondering if there was anything that is fun to do that isn't really exercising but will get my energy out. please help.

Swimming is pretty low-impact, if there's an indoor pool in the vicinity. But I don't mean strenuous lap-swimming, just relaxing, floating around, etc.

You can do meditation and basic yoga (but avoid moves that put stress or strain on your knee; that'd hurt!)

Or try something non-exercise related, like playing games online versus people, board games, or becoming a yahoo! answers addict. That'll kill a LOT of time. TRUST me.
