Tactful as possible...I learned this by being the trainer for people working in the Ohio License Bureaus and if they didn't work out I got the job of letting them go.....
I always let them go with their pride intact!

When someone needs my correcting, I usually give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they are acting improperly due to ignorance or lack of understanding, so I try to correct gently. However, I can get extremely tactless when someone messes with my kids.

I have the tactfulness of a Rodeo Bull in a China Shop. I wish I had the patience to be nice, but I hate to waste time when I'm trying to accomplish a goal, whatever that goal might be.
