If you are talking about the musical genre, then some probably do and some probably don't.
Aside from issues of core ideology (and often not even that), any group of 100+ million people is not going to have the same opinion about anything. And hip-hop is not a core political ideal for most people.

I don't know if I know anyone that is a Liberal.
IT DOESN'T MATTER TO ME.
I'm a greenconlibocratican.
I listen to some of all kind of music; even some hip-hop is listenable to me.
When I hear something; if I like it, I keep listening.
When I don't like it; I turn it off.

Not this one. I hate it.
Besides rappers having next to no talent, they rap about the same crap over and over again:
- objectifying women as sex objects
- glamorizing the thug/pimp lifestyle
and
- glamorizing materialism as if its the most important thing in the world.
It's a bad influence on kids.
