A little bit of dedective work...:0)?

Question

Does anybody know whom I will have to approach if I want to design stationary for a retailer's? Do I contact the manager first? And then the manufacturer? And do I have to pay for the manufacturing? I am also very short with money...apart from getting a loan or a shareholder (or do you look for a shareholder once you have already started a company?) is there any other way for me to find the money?

I'm sorry to be discouraging but I'm sure large retailers (where the money is at) have that contracted through companies that make the tags so much cheaper than you could ever dream, in Mexico or China.
