Is there such a moral when somone pushes you down you get back down, and if so can you make it simpler?

I making a poem that uses a symbol and a moral, but will a Whack-a-mole will work for the moral above? Thanks for all the help

why do we get knocked down? so we can learn to pick ourselves back up again. i heard this on batman begins.

yes, when you're down stay down and play dead, most creatures instinctivly won't react to still bodies.
