Instead of opening so much windows, I want to use "New Tab", but it's not on the screen.

you can either use Ctrl+T like everyone said, OR you can do Ctrl+B. :) Whatever floats your boat. :)

ctrl + t, use that in both internet explorer 7 and mozilla firefox or

open tools
click on internet options
under tabs click on settings
check enable tabbed browsing

Remember internet explorer 7 is the only IE with tabbed browsing.

in order to use tabs on internet explorer, you must either have internet explorere 7 OR you can get a yahoo toolbar that will allow you to have tabs

Tabs are only found in IE7, are you up to date?
