So if you cut taxes, that does what?
I don't complain about my taxes for most things, because I know what they are for. I just wanted to see who else did.

the gas tax. the state tax and the fed tax think about it

Depends on the road... county roads come out of local taxes ... /property taxes of people who own property.....
for a state highway ...it would come out of tolls and the state taxes of those who hold a legitimate paying job!.

Property taxes, sales taxes, vehicle taxes. Federally ,Gasoline taxes, interstate commerce taxes.
