Now if you start stalking them and believing in your head that they have feeling for you in return knowing that they don't...
That would be the time to seek some help with it...

Rejection is a hard pill to swallow but trust me, it's not really you she's rejecting. As a person, you are totally acceptable to her. What is she not accepting is the notion that she and you could be more than friends. See the big difference. Cheer up, you are definitely not a bad person. Someday soon, you'd find your match - a girl to love and who'd love you back.

you are not a bad person for feeling this way. The world would be in serious trouble if people who felt this way were considered bad....because all of us have felt this way at one time or another. I know we would wish the object of our affection will return our feelings but often that is not the case, and when they do....consider yourself lucky/blessed!!

Who has programmed you in such a manner that you would view yourself as a "bad" person in this rather benign fact situation? That may be the most important question to deal with--and how to overcome such "brainwashing". The church? Your parents?
Review this concern and address it promptly would be my thought :))

is it really worth giving up your friendship just because she's not interested in you romantically???? if you like this person so much i dont think you would be able to cut them off all together.

no, you know how much your heart can take. If you don't think your heart can take just being friends with someone you love then don't do it. Explain to him how you feel and why you cant just be friends with him. He should understand. Good luck!
