It was a stupid idea to begin with, also unconstitutional,
As is plain to see it has not done what it was supposed to do, limit the amount of money given to political parties. Why the President did not veto it is a mystery. And of course the Supreme Court seems to live in some olympian heights where the problems of us ordinary mortals can not be seen.

Every one expected that it would have been shot down by the supreme court, including the sponsors. It should have been.
