Okay. I'm expert at this one. Here goes!

Top: an adorable blouse that is white and fitted, maybe with some ribbon similar to this: http://www.aeropostale.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2489709&cp=2284058.2183132
You can purchase something like this at -- Delias, Wet Seal, or Aeropostale.

Bottom: Try a flowy and dressy black spring skirt. This link shows a flowy knit skirt, without a pattern. Something atleast a bit similar to this will work: http://store.delias.com/item.do?categoryID=450&itemID=47230&sizeFilter=&colorFilter=&brandFilter=
You can look anywhere for this type of skirt.

Shoes: Black and white wedges are so perfect. These shoes are just SO SO perfect for the outfit: http://store.delias.com/item.do?categoryID=444&itemID=47642&sizeFilter=&colorFilter=&brandFilter=
I suggest you come to Delia's for your shoes!

Makeup: A soft, pink or redish lipgloss with work. Icy white eyelner and black mascara. Make it look smoky. Black eyeshadow -- NOT TOO DARK!

Accesories: Try big and red beads OR white and black big plastic bracelets.

This outfit is so perfect to impress your guy :] Have fun! I hpe your follow my advice and look at all the links!

If you're wearing a white button up shirt, leave the top 3 buttons open to get a nice v-neck. Wear a very simple necklace to compliment it. A chic black pencil skirt would look cute. And for shoes, some classy heels (strappy sandals or regular heels) will pull it all together. The whole thing might look a little '50s, so you'll want to do your hair in modern style with some volume--as long as it's not pin-straight it'll be really cute!

The outfit---
Take a black loose shirt and a white Cami(bra) tank
layer them the tank goes under the shirt then pull down the selves so you can see the straps, wear a classic white skirt not mini but close then black heels

The hair---
Wash it and then straighten it take a black ribbon and Tie your hair in a simple pony tail

The make up-
Natural colors probably maybe some pink eye shadow to bring out your eyes and don't forget these tree things don't forget mascara or eyeliner, no black (you'd be over doing it), and lip gloss is okay

I have mapped out a couple of possibilities for outfits:
A white v-neck shirt with a black cami underneath with black jeans, or
A black v-neck shirt with a white cami underneath with white jeans, or
A black top (any type works) with black jeans, and a white belt (you can also do a white belt with little black designs on it, but thats optional) to separate the colors.
For accessories such as handbags and shoes, I'd do something red to really pop against the black and white. For accessories such as jewelery, I'd stick with simple, gold pieces such as gold hoop earings, or two gold bangles. I wouldn't do necklaces or such with the combo I just mentioned, or the jewelery would overpower everything else.
For make up, I'd do red lipstick/lipgloss and nothing else (MAYBE black eyeliner).
For hair, I'd do waves, curls, or a bun. However, if none of those appeal to you, you can always get creative and try new things that would go with the outfit you chose.
I hope I helped! Have fun at the concert and good luck with that guy you like!

if you can wear all black, do that... it's slimming and always chic. Show off your best assests...i.e. if you have great legs, wear a skirt, if you have great boobs, wear a slightly low cut (not too much) shirt. Wide head bands are also trendy - pull your hair into a slick pony tail and place the headband about an inch back from your hair line.
keep make up simple.. a little mascara and a pale glossy lip will go nicely.

most importantly, be CONFIDENT... nothing is more attractive than that!

Don't go heavy on the eyeliner, it will make you look like a zombie. Wear more black and less white. Under the lights on stage, the white looks VERY stark. Pay special attention to contouring makeup such as blush (not pink...contouring colors) and accentuate your cheekbones, eyes, and jawline. Wear a vivid lipstick and black mascara. Stage lights can be a nightmare and can wash all the color right out. Diamonds or rhinestones really sparkle on stage. Wear your hair up. It will make you look sophisticated AND help with the stage light difficulties. Good luck.

Shirt: Find a nice white dress shirt that you like. Make sure it is not a t-shirt. Go to wet seal, or a department store. (macys etc.)

Pants: Wear flare black dress pants. wet seal has really cute ones. You could do pinstripes too.

Shoes: wear heels somewhat like these: http://www.wetseal.com/productdetail.asp?mi=1700&style=37883034&size=&color=10&token=
Just not in polka dots!

Hair: straigten it either with a blowdryer or straigtener. then put your hair like this: http://www.beautyden.com/hairstyles/jenniferlopezhairstyles.shtml

Make up: do what you normally do, just put a little extra on. put a different color eyeshadow on than you normally wear. Hope i helped!

The good thing about black is it makes you look Skinner! Buy outfit that you think looks good on you! Also wear natural colored make-up! It depends on how long your hair is and what color to find the perfect hairdo!
