spoliers:sakura does kiss naruto in the shippuuden episode-15 (not out in japan as of yet) but thats the manga of course so it could be diffrent,now sasuke has no emotions for anyone so how could he think what a kiss is? he's nothing but evil since orochimaru,but he is his own master so he's more of a person like his brother itachi.

they never kiss. they almost kissed one time but Naruto was disguised as Sasuke so he can make Sasuke look bad. the other time is the exact same place. it's when Sasuke leaves Konoha and goes to Orochimaru. they don't kiss but it's a tender moment with Sasuke and Sakura. Sasuke says thank you to Sakura and then knocks her out with the back of his hand. he then leaves for Orochimaru and the whole Sasuke Retrieval Arc begins.
