Or Act Like I didn't see it?

I'm have a religon report due in about a week, its only has to be 5-10pgs I have plently of time to do it. Only thing is My topic is starting to fall apart. My topic is on Moder Satanism by Anton Lavey. After Reading four of his books and One was a "bio". I'm finding that half the stuff in the bio is crap. After doing more online search and actually finding an aritcle.

My question is should I just dismiss those articles and fallaices. And just give a report based on the books I've read he has written or should I include a couple of paragaraph of fact/fiction-Contorversy in my paper about what is true and what isn't?

What should I do?

If your report is supposed to be on the person, or on a particular book, then just focus on that topic.

If the other sources do address the same topic, comment on them. Show how opinions vary, and differnet people say different things. That shows you did your research.

If the other sources are not related to your chosen topic, then there's no reason to include them whether they are true or not.

I'd say carry on with the project and then at the end, add your own comments as to why you think he was right / wrong and the observations you just made in your question. .
