Depends what the stock consists of. Tried e-bay? Otherwise, search on-line to see what other companies do the same as yours did and make contact. Worse they can say is "No".

Yeah ebay or your local admart or freeads. You could also contact a few companies who have a business like yours and ask if they wish to purchase your stock!

If you mean your company filed for bankruptcy or you dissolved the company then those stock certificates are worthless. My suggestion is that you burn them and call it a day!!!!
