Manila is not the most affluent place in the Philippines. Better go to Makati, Greenhills, Eastwood for a better environment.
Makati is the financial center in our country. The best hotels, restaurants, malls are found in these areas.
The best hotels includes Hotel Intercontinental, Peninsula, The New World Hotel, Makati Shangrila!
The Glorietta 1-4 is one of the best in the country carrying signature stores like LV, Gucci and alot more. It is like the Union Square in San Francisco and definitely a better and bigger version.
Rockwell is another place somewhere in Makati.
Mind you not all Filipinos wants to marry foreigners. If you want to marry a Filipina, then the easiest to get will be the prostitutes. These people are found over in Malate area. Though some of them also frequent affluent areas.

Try places like Parañaque, Makati, Las Piñas, Alabang, Manila in the Philippines. All Filipinas are worth marrying for.

filipinas are everywhere in the internet.
I don't recommend manila to you. look around in cebu or davao.
