Big government both parties have basically became the same party the few differences are only such things as, gay rights abortion gov spending and environmentalism. However lately both parties have embraced much of the same stances.

Today's Republicans & Dems are similar in a number of ways:

-They both now like Big US Govt.
-They both love earmarks
-They both love lobbyists/Special interests & their money
-They both love to spend US taxpayer money on pointless, unaccountable Govt. programs.
-They both are very confused what to do about illegal immigration.
-They both love getting into major fights with each other that usually lead to nothing.
-They love getting a TV as much as possible.
-They both love to lie
-They both love power & will do anything to keep it.
-They both come into Washington thinking they are smart but once they get into the Beltway they all become very stupid.
-They both thrive on kicking "a dog" when it's down.
