I am watching a Quick Draw Cartoon and Baba Boy seems to always pronounce it as Quick Straw.

Bablooey is mexician...therefore wherever he says is going to come out in a thick accent..
He obviously is a donkey/mule,,,which were used by mexicians/ the army etc for their ability to carry loads such as grain..
mules/donkeys etc tend to be smaller like the mexcians themselves.
Quickdraw is basically the sterotypical american..tall lanky..speaking with his own accent..
fast,loud..a big talker
.he wears a cowboyhat where babalooey wears a sombraro..
