For sure u visit some harmful website or downloaded something that is infected. Please stop using this stupid anti-virus programs, those companies make viruses and then send it to their software's users and then u think that ur anti-virus is so cool it finds viruses, stop every infected file, etc. So to finish that virus or spy-ware u need to fully format ur computer u can upload your important files on some webpage or attach it to e-mail and send it to urself so that was the way for doing backup then after ur done formating install windows put spybot search&destroy, spyware doctor, registry mechanic, and a good anti-virus(NOT NORTON) and then ur computer will running fast and safe. Hope it helps ;)

Your PC is infected with adware, not a virus. Use these scans to remove it. Both of them are free. After you install them, update them to get the full affect.

Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free.
