I've read that some women can take up to a year to get pregnant after the depo injection but the I've heard a lot of women say they got pregnant after one to two months. I've read up on this and it doesn't matter how long you've been having the injection for? So confused

It's an average meaning that some women get pregnant right away, and some take a longer than would be expected if they hadn't been on Depo.

This is the patient insert, you should have been provided with this when you got the injection. ALWAYS get the insert before accepting any injects AND read it. ALWAYS have the shot drawn in front of you and check the DIN on the bottle against the DIN on the insert. DON'T BE A STATISTIC!

Return of Fertility
Because DEPO-PROVERA Contraceptive Injection is a long-acting birth control method, it takes some time after your last injection for its effect to wear off. Based on the results from a large study done in the United States, of those women who stop using DEPO-PROVERA Contraceptive Injection in order to become pregnant, about half of those who become pregnant do so in about 10 months after their last injection; about two thirds of those who become pregnant do so in about 12 months, about 83% of those who become pregnant do so in about 15 months, and about 93% of those who become pregnant do so in about 18 months after their last injection. The length of time you use DEPO-PROVERA Contraceptive Injection has no effect on how long it takes you to become pregnant after you stop using it.

I was on depo for 3 years & once I got off of it, it took about 3-4 months for me to get pregnant. I think it all depends on the woman & her body.

Ive heard it can take upto 2yrs.

My cousin had trouble getting pregnant after the depo and had to seek advice from a consultant who put it down to the depo, she was prescribed some fertility tablets and she had twins.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/LGfwD
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

It varies for everyone. It took me 13mths to get pregnant after my last injection and that pregnancy ended in miscarriage. In all it took me close to 3yrs to get pregnant and carry full term after my last injection.
