allow in creating your own page system just click on Ctrl +C

MSN Live Spaces gives you total control. You can put videos and games and just about anything you can think of on your own page. You can set the privacy to anywhere from just you to everyone you know, to the world. You can even customize every color and you can put pictures there too. It's really cool.

Xanga isn't free to have your own skin..... http://steeky.com lets you customize your page with homemade skins. I'm the owner of that site so can customise it to be the way people want to be. I take feature requests.
